What we collect

When you contact us or complete an application we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name, together with the answers you give us. We also record which marketing campaign or website first brought you here, and the page you arrived on.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, and - if you have asked us to - to follow up about the agency kit. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so the site works, and a cookie recording where you first came from so that attribution survives across visits. If analytics has been enabled, an analytics cookie is also set. See our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while there is a live commercial relationship or an active conversation, and are reviewed periodically after that.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within one month.

Chatbot conversations

Conversations with the website chatbot are answered by our own AI assistant, using an AI model provider to generate replies. Chat messages are not stored on our servers. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
