Talk to the technology you're buying

This is the same website assistant your clients would get. Ask it anything about the kit - it will answer, and it will offer to pass you to us if it cannot.

Agency Assistant

Live

Try one of these

Which best describes you?

The kit is the same either way. Where you start from changes what you should do first.

I'm starting from scratch

You get the whole thing assembled: brand, website, chatbot, receptionist, packages and the scripts to sell them. Your first job is choosing a niche and booking conversations - not building software.

I'm already a freelancer

Add the receptionist, chatbot and automation services to what you already sell. Your existing clients are the obvious first conversations, and the recurring element is the part that changes your business.

I already run an agency

You get a portfolio you can put in front of existing clients this month, with the proposals, pricing framework and demonstrations already prepared.

Most AI agency offers leave the building to you. We give you the working system.

There are three honest ways to start an AI services business. Here is what each one actually asks of you.

Do it yourself

Choose a voice provider, wire up telephony, build the client dashboard, write the offers and connect the moving parts yourself.

The whole journey

This is what you're actually selling.

Not "AI". One connected sequence that starts when a customer tries to get hold of a business and does not stop until the job is done and the review is asked for.

Step 1 of 8

Phone rings

A potential customer calls. The owner is up a ladder, under a sink, or with another client. Traditionally this call becomes voicemail, and most people calling a trade do not leave one - they call the next number on the list.

Step 2 of 8

AI receptionist answers

The call is answered immediately, in the business's own words. It knows the services, the areas covered, the opening hours and what to do with an emergency.

Step 3 of 8

Customer details captured

Name, number, postcode, and what they actually need. The qualifying questions are set per client, so a roofer and a salon ask different things.

Step 4 of 8

Lead added

The enquiry lands in the client's lead list with a summary of the call, rather than sitting in a voicemail box nobody checks until Friday.

Step 5 of 8

Business notified

The owner gets a message with the caller's details and what they wanted, so they can decide whether it is worth stopping the job to call back.

Step 6 of 8

Follow-up automation

If nobody calls back, the system follows up on the business's behalf. If a quote was sent, it chases the quote. This is where most local businesses quietly lose money.

Step 7 of 8

Appointment or quote

The enquiry becomes a booked appointment or an issued quote - a real commercial event the client can point at and connect to what they pay you.

Step 8 of 8

Review request later

After the work is done, the customer is asked for a review at the right moment. Over a year this is the difference between eleven reviews and ninety.

What can I sell?

Three ready-to-sell services for local businesses

The three packages below give you working services to offer local trades and service businesses. Sell inbound call handling, AI-assisted marketing and review collection under your own brand. Each package is built to address a clear commercial need, from answering more calls to creating marketing content and requesting reviews. Finding clients is your responsibility, and you set the package names, contents and prices.

Local markets

Start with a niche already mapped out.

Choose from 35 named verticals, each with researched pain points, relevant job types and urgency rules already configured. Pick a niche and start with a system built for it, rather than researching one from scratch.

The problem

Can't answer every call while working on site, and an emergency caller who reaches voicemail simply rings the next plumber on the list.

What the system does

The AI receptionist answers, works out whether it is an emergency, captures the postcode and the problem, and sends the job through immediately with a summary.

The outcome

Fewer potential jobs disappear into voicemail.

The problem

Calls arrive while you are mid-installation or in a loft, and returning them all in the evening means half have already booked elsewhere.

What the system does

Enquiries are answered and qualified as they come in, separating urgent faults from quotable projects before they reach you.

The outcome

You call back knowing which enquiry is worth stopping work for.

The problem

Quotes go out and then nothing happens, because chasing them competes with actually running jobs.

What the system does

Quote follow-up runs automatically on a sensible schedule, and dormant enquiries are reactivated rather than forgotten.

The outcome

Quotes get followed up consistently instead of only when someone remembers.

The problem

After bad weather the phone does not stop, and the calls you miss during that window are the ones that mattered most.

What the system does

Every call is answered at once, however many arrive together, with details captured and triaged by urgency.

The outcome

Busy periods stop being the times you lose the most work.

The problem

Enquiries are seasonal and arrive in bursts, and machinery noise makes taking calls on site impractical.

What the system does

Calls and website enquiries are captured and qualified, with quotable jobs separated from routine maintenance requests.

The outcome

Seasonal spikes get handled without hiring office cover.

The problem

The phone rings constantly with MOT and service bookings while the team is under a car.

What the system does

Routine booking questions are handled automatically, availability is checked, and appointment requests are captured.

The outcome

Booking admin stops interrupting billable work.

The problem

Viewing enquiries arrive at evenings and weekends, when the office is closed and the buyer is browsing.

What the system does

Enquiries are answered out of hours, qualified, and viewing requests are captured with the details you need.

The outcome

Out-of-hours interest is captured rather than lost to whoever replies first.

The problem

You cannot answer the phone mid-appointment, and each missed call is usually a booking that goes elsewhere.

What the system does

Booking enquiries are handled automatically, common questions about services and prices are answered, and requests are logged.

The outcome

The chair stays busy without stopping to answer the phone.

The problem

No-shows leave expensive gaps, and asking every happy client for a review never quite happens.

What the system does

Appointment reminders go out automatically, and review requests are sent after treatments at the right moment.

The outcome

Fewer forgotten appointments, and reviews get asked for every time rather than occasionally.

The problem

You are legally unable to answer the phone for most of the working day.

What the system does

Enquiries are answered while you are teaching, with availability and pricing questions handled and details captured.

The outcome

New pupil enquiries are answered during the hours you cannot pick up.

The problem

High enquiry volume, small margins, and a lot of repetitive questions about coverage and pricing.

What the system does

Routine questions are answered automatically and enquiries are qualified by area and job type before reaching you.

The outcome

Less time spent on enquiries that were never going to convert.

The problem

Client work is billable and interruptions are expensive, but a missed new-client enquiry is worse.

What the system does

Enquiries are qualified before they interrupt you, with routine questions answered and consultations requested.

The outcome

Billable hours stay protected without losing new enquiries.

These are illustrative examples of how the services apply to each trade. They are not claims about specific revenue or results.

You are not paying us to tell you what an AI agency could look like. We're giving you the infrastructure to operate one.

We build the agency. You still build the client base.

You get useful door-openers, not empty promises.

Finding customers is your job. We do not provide customers, clients or leads. What we do provide is a practical starting point for opening conversations with local businesses. You can offer something useful first, then show the relevant service when there is a fit.

We do not guarantee customers, revenue or earnings. We do not provide customers, clients or leads. Finding clients is your responsibility, and your results depend on your own sales activity, pricing, market and effort. This is a business, not an income scheme.

You still have to do the prospecting and selling. But you are not starting with a blank screen.

What comes with the kit

  • Nine free lead-generation tools you can put in front of prospects, including the Marketing Presence Grader, AI Mystery Shopper, Local Rival Leaderboard and Lead Leak Calculator
  • Lead Finder tools for building local prospect lists from prepaid map and email data
  • Outreach templates, email scripts, LinkedIn scripts and call and demo scripts
  • Working demonstrations you can show on a phone, including AI call handling and marketing outputs
  • Proposal, discovery form and sample pitch deck assets
  • A pricing framework for packaging the services under your own brand

You buy the agency setup once. After that you sell recurring services to your own customers, at your own prices, under your own name.

Usage costs you should know about

Some services cost money each time they are used, because we are paying a third party for them. These are billed as credits or usage charges on top of your subscription, and you can set your client pricing to cover them. We would rather tell you now than surprise you later.

Straight answers

Built around services businesses can actually use

Not theoretical AI demos. The things below are facts about how we operate, which is a more useful basis for a decision than a wall of five-star badges.

UK based

Built in the UK for UK local businesses, with pricing in pounds and support in your timezone.

Secure payments

Payments are handled by an established payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

An ongoing platform, not a download

The technology is maintained and updated. You are not buying a zip file that ages the moment you receive it.

Working demonstrations

You can use the receptionist and the chatbot before you buy. If a demo does not convince you, do not buy the kit.

Transparent costs

The setup fee, the subscription and the usage charges are all stated on the pricing page before you commit.

No revenue guarantees

We do not promise customers or income, and we would be suspicious of anyone in this market who does.

Actual support

A real person answers support requests. Onboarding is included rather than sold as an upgrade.

Your brand, not ours

The agency trades under your name. Nothing is co-branded and we do not appear to your clients.

Questions

The things people actually ask

Including the awkward ones. If your question is not here, ask the chatbot or send it to us directly.

The business

A working AI services agency, set up under your own brand. That means a branded website written to sell AI services to local businesses, a configured AI receptionist capability, a website chatbot, a library of automations, three ready-made service packages, the sales material to take them to market, and a platform to manage clients and leads.

You are buying the setup and the technology. You are not buying customers, and you are not buying a guarantee of income.

No. There is no franchise agreement, no territory fee, no revenue share and no commission on what you sell. You are not required to use our name - the agency trades as your business.

No. There are no modules to work through before you can sell anything. Training and guidance are included because you will need to know how the technology works, but the agency itself is built and configured for you rather than explained to you.

Yes. The business name, logo, domain and website are yours. Nothing is co-branded with us, and we do not appear to your clients.

Yes. You choose the name during onboarding and we build the brand around it. If you would like help deciding, we can make suggestions, but the decision is yours.

Yes. You can connect a domain you already own, or register a new one. We handle the technical connection during launch.

No. This is the most important question on this page and we will not be vague about it: finding clients is your job. We supply ideal customer profiles, recommended niches, a prospecting framework, outreach and email scripts, a proposal template, a pitch deck and working demonstrations - but you have to do the selling.

No. We do not guarantee customers, revenue or earnings, and we would treat any company in this market that does with considerable suspicion. What you earn depends on your pricing, your sales activity, your market, your retention and how much effort you put in.

Yes. The kit is built with UK local businesses in mind - the language, the pricing and the examples - but nothing prevents you selling elsewhere. Bear in mind that call and messaging costs, and data protection rules, differ by country and are your responsibility.

Technology

Software that answers a business phone number, holds a natural conversation with the caller, answers common questions using knowledge you configure, captures the caller's details and the reason for the call, and passes it on. It is designed for the times a business genuinely cannot answer: on site, with a client, or out of hours.

It sits on a website and answers visitor questions using knowledge configured for that business. It can qualify enquiries, recommend the right service, capture contact details and prompt for an appointment. The chatbot on this site is the same technology - you can use it right now before deciding anything.

The chatbot is our own: it answers from a knowledge base built for each business, using retrieval so replies come from that business's real content rather than generic AI guesswork. The assistant on this site runs on exactly the same system your clients would get.

No. Everything is configured through the platform interface. You will need to be comfortable using web-based software - if you can manage an email marketing tool or a CRM, you will manage this.

Where the underlying voice provider supports call transfer, yes - you can configure a fallback number so certain calls are passed to a person. Exact behaviour depends on the provider connected to your platform, and we will confirm what is available before you rely on it.

It can capture appointment requests in every configuration. Direct calendar booking depends on connecting a supported calendar and on the provider's capabilities. We will not promise a client-facing booking feature that the underlying provider does not actually support.

It says so, rather than inventing one. It is configured to acknowledge the limit, capture the caller's details, and pass the question to a human. A confident wrong answer is far more damaging to a local business than an honest "I will get someone to call you back".

That depends on how each client is configured and on the provider in use. Where recording is enabled, the business is responsible for informing callers and for complying with UK data protection law. We will point you at what you need to do, but the legal obligation sits with the business operating the line.

Available integrations depend on your plan and on the third-party services you connect. We will confirm exactly what is available before you commit, rather than listing logos you might not be able to use.

Costs

It covers the work of turning a template into your business: brand setup, the agency website built and written, service and package configuration, chatbot setup and training, receptionist setup and demo capability, the automation library connected, sales assets prepared, launch configuration and onboarding.

It is a one-off fee for a one-off piece of work.

Because you are not buying a file, you are using a running platform. The subscription covers hosting, the management tools, the chatbot and receptionist management layer, ongoing technology updates, the automation library and support. If we stopped charging it, the technology would stop being maintained.

It is not a licence fee for permission to trade - you can sell whatever you like, at whatever price you like, without paying us a share.

Yes, and we would rather tell you now. Some services cost money each time they are used because we pay a third party for them: AI voice minutes for receptionist calls, SMS messages, email volume above the included limits, and certain third-party API usage. These are billed as usage or credits on top of the subscription.

You can and should factor these into what you charge your own clients.

Yes - AI voice time carries a per-minute cost from the voice provider. The rate depends on the provider and plan in use, and we will confirm the current rate before you start selling receptionist services so you can price accordingly.

No. SMS is charged per message because the networks charge us per message. Email within the included limits is covered by the subscription.

Yes. The platform subscription can be cancelled in line with the subscription terms. We do not use minimum-term lock-ins as a retention strategy.

If your website is hosted on our platform it stops being hosted when the subscription ends. Your domain remains yours, and your content and client data can be exported. We will tell you exactly what is exportable before you commit, not after you try to leave.

Services delivered through the platform - receptionist, chatbot, automations - stop working when the subscription ends. This matters, because your clients depend on them. If you are considering cancelling, talk to us first so there is a sensible transition rather than services failing without warning.

Selling

Local businesses that lose money when they cannot answer the phone or follow up quickly. Trades, garages, salons, estate agents, driving instructors, cleaners and professional services are the obvious starting points. The kit includes recommended niches and the reasoning behind them.

Whatever your market will pay. The packages come with suggested pricing based on what these services commonly sell for, but they are a starting point rather than a rule - you set your own prices and keep the whole amount.

Yes, as a framework: suggested setup and monthly figures for each package, and guidance on where usage costs need to be covered. It is guidance based on the market, not a guarantee of what anyone will pay you.

Yes. Proposal templates, a presentation deck, outreach copy for email and LinkedIn, discovery questions, demo scripts, objection handling notes and a client onboarding checklist.

No, but you do need to be willing to sell. The technical side is handled; the commercial side is not. If the idea of contacting local businesses and having sales conversations is something you would avoid, this will not work for you regardless of how good the technology is.

Yes. Many buyers add websites to the AI services, and existing web designers often find the recurring AI services are what change their business rather than the sites themselves.

Support

Support with the platform, the technology and configuration is included in the subscription. A person answers support requests. We will help you understand how to configure something; we will not make sales calls to your clients for you.

Yes, and it is included rather than sold as an upgrade. Onboarding covers the platform walkthrough, how each service is configured, and how to run a demonstration for a prospect.

Platform updates are applied for you as part of the subscription. You do not need to update anything or migrate between versions.

Yes. Getting the first client live correctly matters more than almost anything else, so we will help you through that first configuration. After that most people find they can do it themselves.

No questions match that search. Try a different word, or just ask us directly.

Stop planning your AI agency. Start with one that's already built.

Your agency website, AI receptionist, chatbot, automations, service packages and sales resources can all start from the same connected system. You still have to build the customer base. You just don't have to build everything else first.
